Oh the stomach virus, my 4 year old baby has it and it comes and goes always at night!  So sleep and workouts have been hard this week, hoping to kick the bug out by the weekend to get back on track next week! Exciting next week getting to try something new - teaching cycling! Never give up! Keep fighting! Believe in yourself!
