4 days until final weigh in and everyone is probably kicking it up onto high geer. Well I have hit another road block, i got bit by something on my lower back and now it is swelling up, cannot lay down can not sit & hurts to walk not what I need right now :-( keeping with the non processed foods will be my only strength at this point!
