And the count down begins!  July 6th - Had a great day - Changed my breakfast routine back to the beginning - Took in all the fresh fruits offered because of Summer! Had a wonderful 2 hour swim and then played with my kids for 30 minutes in the water- cooked a wonderful dinner for the family and attempted to cook spaghetti squash - Not bad will try it again!  This has been a wonderful journey and a lifestyle change - I really can tell the difference between good and bad days.
